Creative Home Concepts, LLC was established in June 2000 in Greenville, S.C. Previous to building in this area, Creative Custom Homes built in Florence, S.C. and Augusta, G.A. for over 15 years. We are locally owned and operated. We are licensed, bonded and insured. References available upon request.

We are seasoned in identifying likes and dislikes, and creating a look and space that reflects our customer. Whether you have specific plans drawn, or are still in the brainstorming phase, we are here to help. At Creative Home Concepts we have found that the most useful tool we have to identify what customers want and need is to listen to them. We believe that the customer should never be pressured into a decision, and our designers will take as much time as is needed to work through all of those initial particulars so that the end result is perfection - the first time.
